On February 6th, 2010 Minott Wessinger and The Great Northern Brewing Company proudly reintroduced Black Star Double Hopped Golden Lager. Black Star was created by Minott Wessinger, fifth generation brewer and great-great grandson of west coast brewing pioneer Henry Weinhard. The Golden Lager is first hopped in the kettle, then again before finishing. The result? A refreshing beer with lots of taste. We hope you enjoy drinking it as much as we enjoy making it.
