The crew has a great time chasing down Big Foot and spending two days with Kathy & Bob. They are the nicest people and really are passionate about what they do. They are a tremendous force in the hunt for Big Foot. Kathy is an anthropologist and archaeologist who studied Big Foot mythology and existence in Native American culture. Cheers to campfires and Big Footin'!

After a scenic drive down the 1, the Great American Road Trip arrives at one of the oldest Road Houses in America, the Caspar Inn. The crew watches as this historic place comes alive during open mic night. The owner Bobby introduces the crew to a lot of really talented people who came to perform.

The crew arrives in northern, California, the land of Giants (redwoods that is). They meet Gia a miller who salvages dead old growth, primarily redwood trees and mills them into usable wood. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about trees, but Gia is also a volunteer fire fighter and a mobile mechanic for giant tractors and frontloaders. Gia takes the crew to visit the Avenue of the Giants, home to trees over 3000 years old.

The crew makes their way through Oregon to hang out with some giant redwood trees before meeting up Gia, a woman that mills dead old growth wood. Northern California is a pretty fantastic place.
